The Zuma Kooks originated at Zuma Beach back in the early 90s. The Zuma Beach wall became a legendary landmark for many crews across Southern California, ours included. People young and old from all over would hang out at the wall during the hot summer days to tell stories, party, hit on chicks, fight and do whatever else crazy young Kooks do. When the waves were good, we would fucking send it, when the waves were shit, we would still send it. This is when the beer flowed like water and the women flocked like seagulls.
